"Return Process Was More Frustrating Than It Needed to Be"
I tried to return it it turned into way more of a hassle than I expected. Every time I asked for help, it felt like they just pointed back to their policy as an excuse instead of actually trying to make things easier. Frustrating experience overall.

I was a little nervous at first because you never really know with some sites, but I felt so relieved when everything went smoothly. The order confirmation came through quickly, the tracking actually worked, and the product showed up just as described. No strange charges, no stressful surprises, no hassle. It really gave me peace of mind, and I’d definitely feel comfortable ordering from them again

It’s okay overall, honestly. The quality isn’t bad, but I guess I was expecting it to feel a bit better. It does the job, just not quite as impressive as I’d hoped.

"Got It Fixed Eventually"
They did end up fixing it, but only after I had to chase them a bit. Sooo it got sorted in the end, just wish it had been a little easier.

"International shipping didn’t meet my expectations"
I ordered from outside the EU and expected the delivery process to be a lot smoother. The tracking barely updated, the package took much longer than I thought it would, and when I contacted support, the answers weren’t very clear or helpful. By the time it finally showed up, I was already frustrated. Maybe ordering locally is fine, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t use cremashop.eu again for international shipping.

"I’ve been waiting for two weeks now and…"
I’ve been waiting for two weeks now and still haven’t gotten any real update. Every time I reach out, I just get the same canned apology that doesn’t actually answer anything or fix the issue. I get that delays happen, but it’s frustrating when it feels like no one is actually looking into it

"Good product, but the delivery updates were frustrating"
I ordered from cremashop and the product itself was totally fine, so no complaints there. To be honest, I was mostly checking the tracking the whole time, and that’s where it got annoying. It didn’t update for days, so I kept focusing on that and had no clue where my parcel actually was. Customer service did reply, but the answer didn’t really clear much up. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I definitely expected it to be smoother.

I really liked that the shipping cost was shown before I paid. There wasnt some random extra fee popping up at the end, which is always nice. It made the whole order feel simple and fair. Id use cremashop.eu again

I was expecting clearer instructions for the exchange, but the whole process ended up being slow and frustrating. It felt like I had to keep figuring out what to do next on my own, which made the experience way more annoying than it needed to be

Ordering from cremashop was mostly simple. The checkout went through without any drama and the payment worked fine, so I figured everything was basically good. I did have to go back and double check the shipping info once, which made it feel a little slower even though it probably only took a minute. Still, it was a good experience overall. I’d give it 5 stars if it had just felt quicker

I got my order confirmation from cremashop fast, so that part was good. But some of the details was a bit hard to read, like the delivery info and what happens next. I had to look over the email twice to really get it. Not a bad experience, just think it could be made more clear...

"Exactly What I Expected"
I ordered from Cremashop it was an easy win. I usually just check the photos and scan the key details before buying, and in this case that worked out perfectly. The product looked just like the listing, the description was accurate, and there were no weird surprises when it showed up. Happy with it and I’d order from them again.

"Promos looked better than they were"
At first the promos looked good, like actually good, but once I read the fine print, the discounts were super small. It just didn’t feel worth the effort, honestly. Kind of misleading, kind of disappointing. I was expecting better deals.
